Our customer is look for a resource with a strong mid-tier C# background as well as experience in ASP.NET Web Forms and SQL Server.
Significant knowledge of Entity Framework Code First is mandatory and experience with CSLA would be helpful to facilitate migration away from the legacy code base. Knowledge of Dependency Injection is also important (we use Ninject as a DI container).
Good communication and some BA skills are always helpful, since there isn't a BA on the project and so our team interacts directly with customers, needing to translate their customer-speak into clear requirements.
