Education/Experience
This position is an Agile Quality Assurance lead role. Successful candidates will work on an Agile Scrum team to test and deliver new functionality on our website.
Responsibilities:
•             Lead QA testing efforts for new releases and ongoing application maintenance
•             Lead testing efforts for an Agile project team during 2 week iterations
•             Lead the testing team in user story development and sizing
•             Participate in backlog grooming
•             Assist the Product Owner and Business Analyst with developing acceptance criteria
•             Define and document test strategy, test plans and test cases by evaluating functional and non-functional requirements of their user stories
•             Provide leadership to non-technical functional testers on a day-to-day basis by empowering the test team and teaching them how to design and implement testing tasks necessary to meet the project deliverables
•             Mentor testers on a daily basis and train them to function independently
•             Develop a strong understanding of the application and domain to perform hands-on testing of the services from a technical standpoint (especially to test non-functional aspects such as load, response time, end-to-end connectivity, availability, security etc.)
•             Manage the status of defects and changes in Quality Center and provide updates to the team on a daily basis
•             Attend/conduct meetings with the IT team, vendor, business team, project program and other application teams to accomplish project goals
•             Participate in demos to business unit for completed functionalities
•             Create weekly metrics/reports to capture test progress for projects and releases
•             Handle testing efforts for multiple projects/releases concurrently
•             Evaluate and implement test automation in the iteration cycle
•             Identify and manage test cases for automation
•             Adapt to the needs of the group to coordinate testing efforts
Following skills are a must:
•             Day to day experience working in and Agile environment on an Agile team.
•             Strong leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and inter-personal skills
•             Extremely detail-oriented and organized
•             Strong at multi-tasking and prioritizing activities to meet the project needs
•             Excellent background in foundational concepts of testing
•             Recent experience in creating test strategy, test plan and test cases for large projects
•             Hands-on experience testing web sites
•             Technical depth to create and run test cases that cover a wide variety of scenarios such as functional, regression, endurance, performance, SLAs etc.
•             Good at capturing and documenting necessary details for test cases
•             Ability to learn the business logic quickly to interpret requirements and prioritize defects
•             Hands on daily use of QC, BPT, QTP, BPM, or other test automation software
Skills that are a plus:
•             Experience with Rally, Bugzilla and MS Visio
•             Sabre experience
•             Experience in coordinating efforts across team members who may not be co-located.
Education/Experience:
•             Degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field is preferred
•             5-7 years’ experience required
•             1-2 years working as a QA lead on an Agile scrum team

DataStage Lead Developer

Duration: Long term

We have the following position in Columbus, OH; long term contract.  I am open on rate – need a strong DataStage Conversion Lead with SAP Financials conversion experience.
DataStage Lead Developer


This person will work on a project whose total scope includes the design, development and implementation of an industry standard package Accruent and SAP - for a comprehensive Real Estate and SD&C Document Management solution. The Real Estate system is used to manage strategic and transactional real estate information and processes. It houses the core source data and information for our lease plans, capital and non-capital deals, centers, stores, competitors, co-tenancy, and leases. The SD&C Document Management system is used store all documents that are generated during the construction of the physical stores. SAP will be used for all financials related to the real estate and store design and construction activities in the future state.

The role on this project is specifically as an onsite technical lead for the data conversion activities for the financial data from legacy JDE into SAP.

Responsibilities:
·        Leadership / coordination of up to 3 developers all focused on data conversion
·        Participate in data analysis efforts with other teams and participate in requirements sessions to contribute to overall data conversion strategy definition and detailed requirements gathering specific to the datastage conversions that will need to be built
·        Participate in and be prepared to give effort estimates for development of conversion jobs in Datastage and QualityStage
·        QA programs / datastage jobs written by other developers
·        Testing and defect correction
·        Performance test
·        SQL experience

Skill Level
Experience with ERPs, preferably SAP for financial data
Intermediate 5-7 yrs experience

SAP HR HCM Opportunity

Title: SAP HR HCM Opportunity

Duration:  3-6 month

Our client is looking for an experienced HCM/Payroll (US and Canadian payroll) consultant for a 3-6 month initial contract beginning December 9th. Here are the requirements:

·               Strong SAP Payroll ( Gross To Net US and Canada) experience including Tax Reporter.  Should have experience payroll schema and rules.
·               Additional qualification Time - CATS, Kronos and time evaluation
·               6-8 Years of experience
·               At least 2 Full life cycle implementations
