II.              WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

            Minimum Requirements:

Skills/Experience

Experience in testing through a full system development life cycle.  Specifically, in designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes for web applications, data warehouses and integrated applications which provide simple to complex business solutions.

Experience and knowledgeable in use of test automation tools, particularly HP Quality Center Test Director 9.2 and HP Quick Test Professional, Load Runner.

Experience in designing and building a framework for test automation, and writing test scripts.

Experience in designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases, test scenarios and test reports processes for integrated applications from Software Requirements Specification Documentation and other specification documents.

Experience with use of database query tools such as Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL.

Experience or testing knowledge of Microsoft .Net Framework and the following .Net languages:  ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#.NET, or other OO software development.

Experience in working with complex integrated applications.

Experience working in an Agile Development environment, planning and participating in sprints.

Experience in ADA testing.

Experience with software change management and version management tools, preferably with Merant PVCS and Version Manager.
