DESCRIPTION

Database Administrator
We are looking for a Senior Database Admin to assist with management of the Oracle data infrastructure and help mentor junior DBA staff on administering MS SQL Server and best practices for management.

Requirements
Must have knowledge of Oracle 12c/11g, SQL Server 2008/2005, Oracle RAC, Oracle Audit Vault/database firewall, IBM Guardium, AIX 6.1, Red hat Linux 6, Windows 2008 server.
Must have three to five years of SQL server database administration experience and five to seven years of Oracle database administration experience.

Skills needed
· Must have extensive knowledge in Oracle 11g, SQL Server 2005 and 2008 versions.
· Performance of Oracle database administration on Windows, Linux and AIX Operating systems.
· Experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters and Oracle Data Guard.
· Strong technical knowledge in evaluation and implementation of Oracle's and other industry leading database security products.
· Knowledge in database encryption and masking products.
· Responsible for writing DBA documentation including database standards, procedures and best practices.
· Working closely with IT project managers and developers.
· Experience in PeopleSoft environments is preferred but not desired.
