SAP Tester – HCM (10 Roles)

Role:               SAP Tester – HCM (10 Roles)
Duration:           6 Months to 1 year

Rate:               $75/- All Inclusive Rate – 5 Day Work Week.


Details:               
We are seeking SAP Tester for the HCM part of the project on a new implementation, not an upgrade, enhancement, etc.
Skills set should include proven experience in developing and testing environment.
The consultant will work together with the others using a  comprehensive testing methodology,  help run the test scripts for your area and execute the test.
Must have SAP Business process knowledge in SAP ECC HCM
Load Runner experience is MANDATORY
Must be a Self-Starter and have the ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Develop and execute test plans.
Former experience with Accenture methodologies (Resource One, Method One) is helpful but not mandatory.

The client is seeking to fill the newly created role of Application Performance Tools Engineer.  This position will work closely with the following teams:

Here is a detailed description of the role/responsibilities:

Key Accountability
•             Development Operations:
o             Identify & prioritize software performance issues to improve code base performance, reduce resource consumption and shorten request latency.
o             Use DynaTrace to create application monitoring dashboards, reports & alerts for production operations.
o             Provide for end-to-end root cause analysis and reporting on production incidents.
•             Performance Analysis
o             Create application performance models & identify key-performance indicators
o             Identify & Report application performance across production applications through weekly reporting to Executive Teams and Domain Leads.
•             Capacity Planning
o             Design tests to determine scaling & cost analysis across all production applications
o             Run capacity and performance experiments to determine scaling and utilization parameters for various service tiers.
o             Create capacity planning, cost analysis models & roadmaps for weekly reporting to Executive Teams and Domain Leads.
o             Identify & Prioritize infrastructure related capacity issues work with the appropriate teams to analyze & provide remediation planning.
In terms of skills requirements:
•             5+ years of experience with Java
o             Must have experience with connection pooling, multi-threading and synchronization concepts, and Java memory management including garbage collection algorithms and heap parameters
•             Experience with JConsole, JProfile & Dynatrace or other APM preferred
•             2+ years of experience with at least one infrastructure domain (e.g., server, network, etc.)
•             Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Microsoft Product Specialist

I have the following need for a Microsoft Product Specialist for Ohio. Please read the requirement carefully. Description:
In the DODD environment the product specialist will work with a diverse yet integrated stack of primarily Microsoft products. This position will be responsible for development and for functioning as the Technical SME on an enterprise-wide system.

The Product Specialist at DODD will work on a variety of tasks in support of DODD mission critical applications. These tasks will include working with the assigned DODD team leader as one of the primary support resource for issues that arise with any of DOD Internet based applications. In this role the incumbent will need to have knowledge of standard programming platforms and development tools such as VSTS 2012, VB .NET/C# and SharePoint.

Primarily the incumbent will work on hands on application development and serve as a technical lead for development staff as assigned. The incumbent will develop the following skills on the job including understanding of the DODD environments (Pre-prod and production) and will understand DODD AGILE practices and code migration procedures as they apply to DODD.

In the application space that would include VB .Net .NET framework 3.5 and higher, MVC as well as traditional .NET, N-tier applications, SharePoint, TFS to include TFS administration and VSTS; In the security space some knowledge of ADFS, FIM, and other Microsoft security tools is helpful; some infrastructure background would be helpful as well. DODD uses an F5 load balancer as well. Ability to be conversant in session management and work with infrastructure staff in this space would be a plus.

Secondary expectations of the incumbent will be knowledge of TFS in order to interact with DOD TFS code administration server. As a lead the incumbent could assist in development of code builds, assisting developers with code builds and providing guidance on branching, merging and shelving strategies implicit in TFS. As a lead the incumbent may interact with the DODD infrastructure team to troubleshoot application support and new development issues related to code deployments and implementations. Specifically this could involve working with infrastructure staff when application issues arise related to use of the agencies F5 load balancer. The incumbent will also interact with the DODD security team in support of the continued role out and deployment of the new DODD security platform for applications that includes components related to the following Microsoft technologies (ADFS, FIM and UAG).
The Product Specialist requires significant to expert experience and skills in the technologies listed above. The Product Specialist will usually also have significant experience in the operating environment (windows server))on which the development platform and associated applications are hosted. If the product is one that was internally developed, the supporting PS should also have most of the skills of a Programmer. The Product Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Technical Architecture Specialist, System Specialists, Programmers and vendors to ensure and enhance the use of the product and effect migration to new versions of a product.

· Proven ability to present complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users.
· Proven ability to collaborate with business users, project managers and technical architects.

Required Skills:
· 8 years of experience with JavaScript
· 6 years of experience with VSTS 2010/2012
· 8 years of experience with VB.NET or C# development skills
· 10 years of experience with n-tier application development
· 3 years of hands on experience with MVC
· 3 years of experience in an Agile SDLC
· 5 years of experience with JQuery
· 3 years of experience with SharePoint
· 3 years of experience / knowledge of infrastructure concepts.

The Required Skills are just that. Candidates that do not meet the required years of experience will not be considered.
