DOC1 Designer – Job Description
· Deliver high quality solutions by developing templates in DOC1 Designer (Especially Interactive Correspondence)
· Configure and update various domains in EngageOne Admin
· Review and update AIX Shell Scripts for Batch Execution
· Executing Shell Scripts for Batch Testing in multiple domains
· Reviewing XML input files for error debugging
· Updating scripts and templates in ClearCase
· Working in high paced – high demand AGILE work environment. There are multiple domains/environments and as a developer, I need to support each and every domain and provide appropriate solution to the problem or identify the team that can resolve the issue.
