I am looking for the following resource for a project with the County of Dallas (Texas).  I do not have a rate range so just be competitive. 


Wanted to inquire if you had access to a SCOM 2012 resource that could provide us with assistance on the below.
Anticipated Deliverables:

1.       Installing SCOM Agents on Server Architecture associated with the 20 Applications
2.       Configuring the Alerting for identified services and or identified thresholds for 20 Applications
3.       Building of a comprehensive Dashboard for overall visibility (main view) to 20 Applications
4.       Specific/individual dashboard viewing for each of the 20 Applications

Additional information:
1.       SCOM 2012 Infrastructure is up and running and seeking a resource to deploy and configure the above
