C# developer with VERY STRONG design patterns exp

Our client is looking for a strong C# developer with VERY STRONG design patterns and MVVM/WPF experience. The client has a desktop app that’s built in C# and interfaces with Windows Phone out in the field.  If we find someone with strong C# and MVVM design patterns experience (even someone without Windows Phone) the design patterns knowledge will help them understand the architecture of the system and be able to set up connectivity to the Windows Phone app.

C#.Net Windows Phone Developer  (7 month contract)  

We are now recruiting for one additional consultant (joining a team of 2 others) to assist our client with a large application implementation.  These positions will be based out of Eastern North Carolina.  This position offers the opportunity to work with great technology, experienced team members, a global company capturing data in several languages and currencies.

Data is captured with Windows Mobile devices at remote locations around the world and later synced with corporate databases to capture the data.  We require solid .NET, SQL Skills, and design patterns experience.  You’ll be handling maintenance/change requests as well as the development of new functionality, user interfaces, data structure, etc.

Desktop (Must Have all of the highlighted skills)

Ø  .NET Framework 4.0

Ø  C#, WPF & XAML

Ø  MVVM (Patterns and Practices)

Ø  Experience with Prism - Composite Application Framework

Ø  Strong knowledge and work experience with design patterns

Ø  LINQ (nice to have)

Ø  Dependency Injection, Unity

Ø  SQL Server 2008 R2

 

Phone

 

Ø  Windows Phone Development [Good to have but not required if you have top notch design patterns]

Ø  C#, WPF & XAML

Ø  Web Services, WCF

Ø  Rx (Reactive Extensions), ASP.NET Web API [Good to have]

Ø  Windows Services

Ø  Silverlight

Ø  SQL Server 2008 R2 (Basic knowledge will be helpful)
